1. Acceptance of Terms

By booking beach gear with Jobos Beach Rental, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part, you should not use our service.

2. Service Description

Jobos Beach Rental offers beach gear rentals at Jobos Beach, Isabela, PR, including:

• Umbrellas / Sombrillas
• Short & long chairs / Sillas cortas y largas
• Tables / Mesas
• Table with domino set
• Special combos (#1, #2 and Family)

3. Bookings & Availability

Bookings are confirmed via WhatsApp or phone, subject to availability. We recommend booking in advance, especially during peak season and weekends.

• Bookings are confirmed the same day, subject to availability.
• Service hours are Monday to Sunday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
• Gear delivery and pickup is coordinated within Jobos Beach.

4. Pricing & Payments

Current prices are:

• Umbrellas: $10.00 ea
• Long chairs: $10.00 ea
• Short chairs: $5.00 ea
• Table with domino set: $15.00 ea
• Combo #1: $20.00/day · Combo #2: $30.00/day · Family Combo: $45.00/day
• Prices may be updated with prior notice. No hidden deposits.

5. Acceptable Use of Gear

The customer agrees to use the gear responsibly and to:

• Take care of the equipment during the rental period.
• Not move the gear outside the agreed Jobos Beach area.
• Return the gear in reasonable condition at the end of the rental.

6. Liability for Damage

The customer is responsible for damage or loss of gear under their custody. Jobos Beach Rental is not liable for personal belongings left on the beach or for weather conditions.

7. Cancellations

You can cancel your booking at any time via WhatsApp or phone. We ask that you notify us as far in advance as possible to free up the gear for other visitors.

8. SMS Messaging Compliance

We comply with applicable A2P messaging regulations. All messages require prior consent and include opt-out instructions (STOP/HELP).

9. Limitation of Liability

Jobos Beach Rental does not guarantee ideal weather conditions and is not liable for service interruptions due to force majeure (storms, beach closures, etc.).

10. Modifications

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the service after notification constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico and the United States. Any dispute will be resolved in the competent courts of Puerto Rico.
